The ecommerce module enables you to add a product catalog and shopping cart feature to your website. Visitors can browse this catalog, add products to their cart, and then purchase the items online.
Store Management
Administrators will be able to manage all aspects of their online store, including the following abilities:
- Ability to manage product categories and sub-categories
- Ability to manage manufacturers
- Ability to manage products
- Ability to manage orders and their status (view, search, print)
- Ability to generate sales reports based on criteria such as a date range, category, region or product
Product Management
Easily manage your online catalog. For each product entered, site administrators will have the ability to control the following details:
- General product information (e.g., name, SKU, active or inactive, taxable, etc.)
- Pricing information (e.g., price, handling charges, sales price etc.)
- Shipping information (e.g., weight)
- Short and long product descriptions
- Associated images (supports multiple images per product)
- Receive product reviews
In addition, the product management interface will allow the site administrator to assign a product to multiple categories, making your products easy to find on the site. To further increase your online sales, you will have the ability to establish cross-selling relationships between products.
